We would like to inform you that a small number of servers connected to one of our PDUs in our Kansas datacenter recently experienced an unexpected power interruption. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To improve reliability and support our continued growth, we are currently expanding into a new Ohio datacenter location with 9KW of power capacity. This expansion will provide additional infrastructure redundancy and help prevent similar issues in the future.
The migration and infrastructure improvements are already underway, and we expect these enhancements to be completed during this month.
