- If you had a free account with us and found your account cancelled/terminated then this means you have not complied with the TOS. Please open ticket if you need back.
- Those client which had a valid site but didn't linked back to us have their accounts only suspended and not terminated. They can simply request to unsuspend their account and undertake to integrate a link back to us as soon as their service is resumed.
- Those free account providing back link to us are safe and will be checked in future for compliance.
