IMPI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) is a standard for communicating with and controlling server hardware. It allows for monitoring server hardware health and status, as well as remotely controlling power and other functions on the server. On a dedicated server, IMPI is typically implemented through a dedicated management network interface, which can be accessed through a web interface or command line interface.
