1. Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellations and Refunds
Hostmayo.com provides a 30-day money back guarantee for new hosting account registrations, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.1.1 Non refundable Fees
Fees paid by Subscriber in connection with the purchase of SEO package, Dedicated Servers, SharePoint, Hosted Exchange, and domain names are non refundable, as are Check Refunds of $10.00 or less due to processing fees.
1.1.2 Cancellations within First 3 Days of Registration.
In the event Subscriber cancels the Services within 3 calendar days of registration, Subscriber will receive a full refund of all fees paid in connection with the registration upon request, with the exception of any Non refundable Fees set forth in para 1.1.1.
Subscriber has the option, but not the obligation, to retain ownership and control of any promotional “Free Domain Names” registered in connection with the subscription, in which case Subscriber’s refund will be reduced by actual price charged per domain name.
1.1.3 Cancellations After 3 Days and Before 30 Days
In the event Subscriber cancels the services after the expiration of 3 calendar days, but prior to the expiration of 30 calendar days, Subscriber will receive a refund of all fees paid in connection with the registration for annual plans, with the exception of any Non refundable Fees set forth in Paragraph 1.1.1 on prorated basis, subject to the following additional mandatory reductions:
Postini/DedIP Any fees paid by Subscriber in connection with Postini or for services of a Dedicated IP will be refunded at a prorated rate based on the registration date, the length of service, and the date of cancellation. Further no refund will be obliged against monthly plans after 3 days.
1.1.4 Cancellations After 30 Days
Subscriber may cancel his/her/its Services at any time, before or after automatic account renewal, and, with the exception of any Non refundable Fees set forth in Paragraph 1.1.1 and setup fees, if any, which are non refundable after 30 calendar days.No refund shall be admissible after 30 days period from the date of purchase.
1.1.5 Notice of Cancellation
Subscriber agrees to direct all cancellation requests to Hostmayo.com via email, admin@Hostmayo.com, phone (+92) 3228879833, or online chat. The cancellation request must include verification of ownership of the hosting account and/or domain(s), as determined by Hostmayo.com. Subscriber must also confirm to Hostmayo.com that all emails, files, and databases are preserved and backed up somewhere other than Hostmayo.com server space. In any case after the cancellation HostMayo won't be responsible for the loss of data in even of service cancellation.
1.1.6 Charge backs and Reversals
In the event Subscriber issues a charge back or reversal of charges without first following the above cancellation procedures, the Subscriber will be responsible for a $5.00 billing service fee.
2. Removal of Account
The company will permanently delete all data pertaining to client after 30 days of overdue invoice. The company shall not be responsible of any data removed by us after the invoice is over due. Moreover backing up the data of the site is solely the responsibility of the user.
3. Domain Names
3.1 Free Domain Name
If Subscriber registers any domain name as part of a “Free Domain Name” promotion in connection with the registration, Subscriber’s refund will be reduced by $12 per domain name. Also transferring of domain name or setting up of name servers other than ns1.hostmayo.com and ns2.hostmayo.com will apply full fee of domain i.e. $12. Subscriber will retain full ownership and control of any such domain names after the full payment.
3.2 Promotional Domain Prices
Any domain marketed as promotional prices will apply regular fee of $12 per domain after one year. Before one year the domain's transfer will only be allowed after full payment at regular price i.e. $14.99. However you can set the name servers to other servers.
4. Terms of Service
The following rules are applied to every hosting & service being availed form Host Mayo.
4.1 Spamming and Any Illegal activity

We do not tolerate the transmission of spam, warez, porn, torrents, phising, hacking or any other illegal activity. We monitor all traffic to and from our web servers for indications of spamming and maintain a spam abuse complaint center to register allegations of spam abuse. Customers suspected to be using our products and services for the purpose of sending spam are fully investigated. If we determine any of these activities, we will take the appropriate action to resolve the situation which might lead to deletion of your hosting account without notice. There shall be no refund in such scenario.
4.2 Hosting Account
The hosting account shall only be allowed to host files related to your website. Your hosting account can not be utilized to host any other files not related to your website. Any other file may be removed with any notice or warning.
The hosting account is solely for hosting your Website and can not be used to storing any other files.
4.2.1 Resources Limits
cPanel based hosting accounts have a maximum amount of resources they can use. In order to ensure
that no single account on a Shared Hosting server impacts other customers' experiences, following resource limitations are applicable.
